Compare the product page promise with the cart. Look for auto-added protection, taxes shown late, delivery ambiguity, changed discounts, and quantity surprises.

For each addition, ask

Did the shopper choose it?
Was the cost visible before the cart?
Can it be removed without friction?
Is the reason clear in one sentence?
